Headquarter
The Corte Tegge head quarters in Cavriago, Reggio Emilia, were opened in 2001 and extend over 40,000 square metres, 12,000 of which, are taken by buildings.
The head offices are a concrete image of the company philosophy of Landi Renzo S.p.A.: the head office is a prestigious architectural complex dominated by a high level of technology and research into harmony, reflected in its shape.
Three large buildings destined for three macro company departments (management, technical and logistics/production) represent one single harmonious centre in which architectural forms and materials reflect the technological advancement that characterises Landi Renzo.
The multi-floor building, destined for offices, is characterised by its original shaped facade.
The Research and Development Centre, the heart of the company, is characterised by the modern “sail” shape, made from steel and covered with Rheinzink, an extremely new alloy.
The green areas surroundign it form a perfect setting and complete the architectural structure, integrating the built-up areas and natural areas in a sence of balance in order thus creating new ideological perspectives.
Thanks to its architectural value, the Landi Renzo Head Office has been awarded two important recognitions in the form of the Dedalo Minosse International Prize, promoted by Ala-Assoarchitetti in collaboration with the magazine Arca: the special “Chamber of Commerce of Vicenza” award for the importance of its works and the special “IIDD” award by the Italian Institute of Design and Disability, as recognition of the elimination of architectural barriers and the utmost flexibility and accessibility in all areas of the premises.
