The Landi Renzo R & D Centre
The Landi Renzo S.p.A. Research and Development Centre is unique in its field due to the use of advanced technology that allows for the creation and development of modern systems for conversion to LPG and CNG of vehicle fuel system.In the heart of the Centre, in the motor testing room, prototypes are tested during simulated tests in order to control the performance of the plants and to analyse the reduction in contaminating factors present in the exhaust gases. The prototypes of new systems are developed and tested in the Research and Development Centre using motor testing benches and laboratories with road simulators that create driving conditions that are identical to those of the roads.
A modern system to analyse exhaust gases, fitted with computer technologies, acquires and elaborates data in real time on all of the parameters measured, with special reference to the various contaminating components.
